Welcome to Jonovote, an online survey and polling platform based in Bangladesh. By creating an account, participating in polls, or using any services provided by Jonovote ("Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To use Jonovote, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.

2.2. Notify Jonovote immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

2.3. You must not:

3.1. Users may create polls, participate in polls, and submit votes ("Content").

3.2. Content must comply with applicable laws and must not:

• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.

• Promote illegal activities or violence.

• Spread false or misleading information.

3.3. Jonovote reserves the right to remove any Content or restrict access to the Platform if these Terms are violated.

4. Voting and Polling

4.1. Each registered user may submit one vote per poll unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Votes submitted are final and cannot be modified or retracted.

4.3. Jonovote does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of poll results.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

8.2. To the extent permitted by law, Jonovote disclaims all liability for:

9. Termination

9.1. Jonovote may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the Platform or its users.

9.2. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately, but any rights and obligations accrued prior to termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

11. Amendments

11.1. Jonovote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
